LEARNING TIPS – There are a couple of ways we’d like to assist your learning.

MODULE WORKBOOK

To do this course, you will need to use a computer or laptop as you are required to download, save and complete a workbook.

You will find the Workbook in the Overview for Module 1. The workbook covers all Topics so download and save the Workbook to your computer/laptop so you can open it each time you are ready to complete tasks.

Each Topic is listed in the Workbook and has a box in which to enter any general notes about your learnings and reflection. All tasks are listed with a box to provide your responses where relevant.

TOPIC SUMMARY NOTES

Each Topic provides a Topic video as well as downloadable documents including a pdf copy of Topic Summary Notes of all the main ideas we’d like you to take away.

Saving these summary notes along with your completed Workbook will be valuable reference documents for the future.

SOME FURTHER TIPS

Lastly a few further tips on learning and getting the most out of the course.

  • Watch the videos and make your own notes before looking at the summary notes – this helps you gain the essence of the main ideas we present. You can then check, refine and enlarge your notes with the main ideas contained in the summary notes.
  • Complete the WORKBOOK tasks as you work through the Module.
  • To consolidate your learning, go and share or apply that knowledge with others.
  • Focus on the main ideas, the workbook, and exploring these ideas with other people.
  • You might prefer to pause the videos at any time to write your notes, complete tasks and download documents OR you might view the video in its entirety then complete all tasks.
